Refund & Returns Policy

 

At The Little Ember Co, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

Some products indicated, are not available for return. These will be clearly marked on the product overview.

When returns are accepted, these need to be initiated within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).

To start a return, please email us at thelittleember@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions.

Please note:

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, but this is dependant on your bank.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologise if you've received a faulty or incorrect item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo if possible. We’ll sort it out quickly with either a replacement or full refund, including any postage costs incurred.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Breast pumps

  • Bottles & feeding accessories

  • Underwear or postpartum garments

  • Personal care items (e.g., creams or balms), unless faulty
