Shipping Policy

At The Little Ember Co, we’re proud to offer a curated selection of products, some of which are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. This allows us to bring you unique, high-quality items while keeping costs fair and our collection fresh.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–5 business days for processing. During busy periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

 

Shipping Times

Because we use a combination of domestic and international suppliers, delivery times can vary depending on the item and destination. On average:

  • UK Orders: 7–15 business days

  • International Orders (where available): 10–21 business days

Please note: While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to customs, courier disruptions, or high-volume periods. We’ll keep you informed and are always here to help if you have questions about your order.

 

Tracking

We aim to provide tracking information wherever possible. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If tracking is unavailable, we will keep you updated on the estimated delivery window.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the product, supplier, and destination — this means prices can vary depending on what you order and where it’s going. At checkout, you’ll see a clear breakdown of any applicable shipping fees before completing your purchase.

In many cases, we’re able to offer free or low-cost shipping, thanks to our partnerships with trusted suppliers via AutoDS. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be automatically applied at checkout — no code needed!

 

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before ordering.

 

Delays & Issues

While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, there may occasionally be delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues beyond our control. If your order seems delayed or goes missing, please reach out to us at thelittleemberco@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to investigate and make it right.

 

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund where appropriate.
